Volleyball Faces Prairie View On Senior Day

The Texas Southern volleyball team will host Prairie View A&M in Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) play on Sunday as they will also will have Senior Day. Three seniors will be honored in a pregame ceremony including Amber Johnson, Dallas Balanay-Flores, and Britney Ong.

Texas Southern (4-17 Overall, 4-3 SWAC) just wrapped up a SWAC West Cluster as they went 2-1. On Sunday, the Tigers fell to Alabama State who is currently undefeated in conference play, but defeated Florida A&M 3-2. They also got a 3-1 victory against Bethune-Cookman on Monday.

Scouting Report
Prairie View (10-11, 5-2) just wrapped up the SWAC Cluster as well as they went in the cluster undefeated in SWAC play, but got their first two losses , defeating Bethune-Cookman 3-2 and falling to Alabama State 3-2 and to Florida A&M 3-1. PVAMU went into the SWAC Cluster as one of the teams to beat as they were undefeated in conference play.
