Men’s Golf Concludes Efforts at Big Texan Invitational

KERRVILLE, Texas – Texas Southern men’s golf team concluded their run at The Big Texan Invitational hosted by the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley Tuesday.

Freshman Kci Lindskog and junior Devansh Chadha ended the tournament tied 12-over to finish in 31st place. Chadha posted the team’s low round for the day on 5-over for a total of 228 (77-74-77) while Lindskog 228 (77-70-80). Freshman, William O’Conner was one stroke back on 229 (74-75-80) to finish 36th.

“The conditions got the best of us today,” Texas Southern University head golf coach Dr. Gary Grandison said. “We will gear up for the next opportunity.”

The Tigers will be back on the road for a third straight week as they compete in their final regular-season tournament at the NCAT Invitational in Greensboro, North Carolina.
