Bowling Concludes Stalling Invite
The Texas Southern bowling team concluded the Stallings Invite going 2-8, while placing 16th overall as they knocked down 7,837 pins (157 average).
Against Howard, the Tigers fell 4-3 (223-162, 174-182, 191-178, 143-161, 161-148, 166-184, 145-154).
In the second round against Coppin State, Texas Southern came out on top 4-1 (163-140, 207-145, 159-176, 155-139, 207-173).
TSU rounded out the Stallings Invite falling 4-1 to Norfolk State (214-159, 169-176, 199-181, 187-150, 213-137).
Texas Southern will participate in the HBCU Invitational on Friday, March 8.
