TSU TO BE FEATURED ON FOX 26 HOUSTON’S MORNING SHOW THIS MONDAY

Texas Southern University will be featured on FOX 26 Houston’s Morning Show this upcoming Monday, Dec. 4, inside the H&PE Arena for a feature on TSU Softball student-athletes Jazmine Gendorf and Catherine Hernandez. 

The segments will air at 7:22 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. live on FOX 26 Houston. 

Hosted by Nate Griffin, this marks the first time ever the ‘Making the Grade’ segment will originate from a university campus as Hernandez was named the TSU Baccalaureate Degree Class Valedictorian for the Fall 2023 semester while Gendorf earned Salutatorian honors for the Summer of 2023.  

Both student-athletes will be highlighted in addition to appearances from TSU Vice President of Intercollegiate Athletics Dr. Kevin Granger, the TSU softball team, TSU Ocean of Soul Marching Band, TSU Sensations Dance team, the student-athletes’ parents, and selected professors.
