TSUSports.com: Lady Tigers finish 7th at SWAC XC Championships

CLINTON, Miss. – Texas Southern Lady Tigers finished in 7th place at the 2017 Southwestern Athletic Conference Women's Cross Country Championship on Monday.

Mississippi Valley State claimed the title finishing with 58 points.

Alabama State finished the team portion of the event in second place with 64 points. Grambling State finished in third with 69 points. Prairie View A&M (86), Jackson State (120), Alcorn State (142), Texas Southern (157) and Arkansas Pine Bluff (157) rounded out the standings.

The All-Conference team was also announced. The first and second teams are below.
