DESOTO—On November 21, DeSoto High School students filled the auditorium for a special presentation by Texas Southern University President John Rudley. Dr. Rudley, on the TSU Presidential Bus Tour promoting the university, spoke about the value of higher education and the unique programs available at TSU.
