Women’s Golf Concludes First Tourney Of 2019-20 Season

MAGNOLIA, Texas – The Texas Southern women’s golf team closed out its first tournament of the year as they participated in the Huntsville Toyota Bearkat Invitational at High Meadow Ranch Golf Club.
 
Rev Alcantara was the top golfer as she led the TSU contingent with three-round total of 248 (78-83-87) as she shot even par on nine of the course’s 18 holes. Carly Moore finished second on the squad with a 256 (88-83-85) followed by Destany Burbank, Logan Hackett and Destany Hall.
 
TSU is back in action Oct. 18-21 at the Gulf Shores Collegiate Invitational in Gulf Shores, Ala.
