Softball Falls In Doubleheader Saturday Afternoon

PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas – Texas Southern softball dropped a doubleheader at Prairie View A&M on Saturday afternoon.

Texas Southern’s late rally in the seventh fell short as Prairie View A&M claimed the opener 4-3.

The lead grew to 2-0 in the third as Tevanae Tate doubled in Crimson Davis from second. PVAMU tied it at 2-all in the bottom frame and moved ahead 3-2 in the fourth after an RBI single.
