FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The TSU men’s track jumping duo of Kenneth Pree and Chadrick Williams will participate in the 2022 NCAA Division I West Preliminary Round at the University of Arkansas starting on Wednesday.

Pree is looking to jump his way back to the NCAA Championships after qualifying for the national championship in the long jump last year. Pree’s best jump this season occurred in April at Baylor as he won the long jump in a length of 24-7.25. This time last year, Pree set a career-best mark of 25-1.75 to advance to Oregon.

Williams returns to the NCAA Regionals for the second straight year in the triple jump which starts Friday at 6 p.m. The Kingston, Jamaica is coming off a second-place finish in the SWAC Championship after a solid season as he holds the third-best jump in the SWAC at 50-0.5.
