Ontiveros Delivers Late Goal For Road Win At Alcorn State

LORMAN, Miss. – Texas Southern soccer returned home with a smile on its face as they won a 1-0 nail biter at Alcorn State thanks to a late goal from Mia Ontiveros.

TSU had three attempts at the goal within the first three minutes of the half as Crisely Pavon was the aggressor throughout the entire half with six attempts. After an TSU offsides, the Tigers rebounded quickly and came through in the clutch as Mia Ontiveros delivered the game-winning goal in the 73rd minute which was assisted by Stephanie Robles.
