BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The final round of the Birmingham Invitational hosted by the Southwestern Athletic Conference was canceled due to persistent bad weather.

Following the opening round, the men’s golf team were in fifth place while the women’s team was in third place.

Sophomore, Kci Lindskog was the top scorer on the men’s side with his 2-over 74 round and finished tied 10th. Senior Devansh Chadha and sophomore Caden Holmes were two strokes back with a 4-over 76

Sophomore, Miness Siame lead the way for the women’s team and finished tied in third place individually. Junior Lyla Vaughn finished in 7th place.

The Birmingham Invitational concludes University men’s and women’s golf fall season. The Tigers return to play in the spring of 2022, teeing up with the ASU Spring Invitational in Montgomery, Ala. in February 2022.
