The Dallas, Texas native recorded 10 double-doubles on the season and earned SWAC Player of the Week honors five times.

In conference play, Combs averaged 20.3 points and 10.4 rebounds per game, and helped lead the Tigers (19-12) to a 14-4 record in league play.

Combs played a key role during TSU’s recent 11-game winning streak, during which he recorded eight double-doubles. Over the course of the streak, he averaged 22.1 points and 10.6 rebounds per game, and shot 63.4 percent from the floor.
