BATON ROUGE, La. – The Lady Tigers of Texas Southern University will aim to rebound from a loss in their Southwestern Athletic Conference opener when they visit Southern on Monday.

TSU's roster includes the SWAC's field-goal percentage and 3-point shooting leaders. Niya Mitchell leads the conference with a 57.9 field-goal percentage (62 of 107). Meanwhile, Marquia Turner is the league's best 3-point shooter, having drained 46.7 percent (35 of 75) of her long-range shots.

The Lady Tigers rank second in the SWAC in field-goal percentage, having made 40 percent (270 of 675) of their field-goal attempts. TSU is one of only two teams (along with Jackson State) shooting 40 percent or better from the floor.
