TSU football ready for bounce back season

Houston, TX - The Texas Southern Tigers are anxious to kick-off another season of TSU Football. The players report to camp on August 4th and their first full day of practice is on August 7th.

Due to NCAA sanctions, the Tigers did not have the benefit of spring training, but they did take full advantage of the strength and conditioning program during the off season.

TSU will get their full time on the practice field this season and second year head coach Darrell Asberry says they can hardly wait to get on the field.

Either that or it was a slow news day lol. 

But definitely looking forward to the 2013 season.  Nobody is expecting us to do well (we were picked like last) but with the new recruits on offense I think we can essentially score our way to victory and shock a few teams.
